Electrolytic polishing OTEC EF-NOVA
High-Precision Electrolytic Polishing
Electrolysis allows for a perfect shine, even on the most complex surfaces that are impossible to reach through manual polishing.
Working Principle:
A workpiece rotates in an electrolytic (conductive) liquid. An electrical voltage between the cathode (-) and anode (+), combined with the movement of polymer beads in the electrolyte, removes the conductive particles from the surface. The roughness is gradually reduced, resulting in a perfectly smooth and glossy finish. Traditional polishing works on the same principle: mechanically removing the surface peaks.

The EF-Nova combines precision, sustainability, and automation in a compact, affordable system - ideal for small and medium sized workshops.
