These bezel setting tools are ideal for tube setting. Pick the right size to smoothly and easily close round bezels and tube settings. For tube settings choose heavy walled tubing 5 mm larger than the stone.
These bezel setting tools are ideal for tube setting. Pick the right size to smoothly and easily close round bezels and tube settings. For tube settings choose heavy walled tubing 5 mm larger than the stone.
Then a setting burr exactly the size of the stone. For example if the stone is a 3 mm round faceted stone pick a heavy walled tubing that is 3,5 mm outside diameter (OD) or even a bit larger up to 3,8 mm. Then cut the seat with a 3 mm setting bur.
Seat the stone then burnish the bezel with the appropriate size setting tool.
